REVIEW: Peek A Boo Coffee @ Bukit Jalil

A place to visit if you are a hardcore fan of TOTORO. 

"I am sure you would definitely visit here everyday if you live nearby." I just can't agree more with what he said. Seriously. The decoration and atmosphere literally make me feel like owning the cafe. HAHAHA!

  


You will see many Totoro plush toys place on the benches and one thing that I really don't understand. How does the owner assures customers do not steal their ornaments displayed on tables? Not only few at the counter but almost every table they put! (or simply because I'm way too suspicious? lol) 



Ordered this Classic Honey Waffle (RM 10) because I like to taste on original flavor for every new try. No additional flavor could brings out the original taste of the food somehow. Don't you agree? It tastes good to me as a light taste eater. From the first bite, it tasted like "Bak Tong Gou" but if you pair with butter and honey that would be more favored. Their waffles also available in many different flavors that you may try on. Not pricey but affordable. This portion of my order is sufficient for two persons sharing.

This cuppa coffee gave me a big surprise seriously. I'm falling in love with the combination! Just nice! Didn't know the aroma of rose and coffee could make such a good match as it is. You guys should order this if you happen to visit this place. Not only waffles and coffees. You can also find breakfast sets, rice, pasta, desserts and more foods for your cravings.

(These three ladies must be very irritating of me but sorry, I can't help. HAHA)



One thing that caught my attention once stepped in was this corner! Give me a book or laptop then I will spend my whole afternoon here.

Intended to match the outfits HAHA! We planned to wear these to watch Batman v Superman last time but too bad we couldn't make it. Never mind. Gonna buy Captain America for him and Iron Man for me next time!

REVIEW: My Top Five Picks at MiX Convenience Store

What is your favorite activity on a cloudy day? Well, there is nothing better than snacking while watching TV. Western people like having popcorns but us, Malaysian, as if a culture to just grab potato chips and TV remote controller then a movie marathon is about to begin. Getting bored with those usual chips from Mr. Potato and Pringles? Why not try on something new? Of course, you can always get imported potato chips from Village Grocer but here's another choice of yours - MiX Convenience Store, one of the biggest snacks chain store in Malaysia.  Surprisingly, MiX has developed in this industry for more than ten years since its foundation in 2005. As a whole, they sell imported snacks from Taiwan, China, Thailand, Korea just to name a few. What you could find snacks are on trend now, apparently it will be available here. There are a few products that I actually kinda like it in this convenience store so here I am to suggest maybe you should give it a try too....

Feeling dizzy since the early morning so decided to take one day leave from work. Didn't want to just slack in the bed whole day so I am here for this post. Today, let's discuss personal aspect kind of topic. Would you rather spend your hard earned money on self-exploring or save it in the bank? If you're questioned, how would you choose?
