3D2N Langkawi Trip (Part I)
Remembered we've been planned for this short trip in about 3 months time. I didn't contribute much in planning, though, HAHA (Sorry). From choosing the place until flight tickets, hotel bookings, and etc. Didn't expect it came so fast and now I'm blogging about this trip of 6 young men and ladies.
(背多分,正面满分!)
(TOUCHED DOWNNNNNN)
It was a bit disappointed that we actually planned to go for Sky Bridge after we touched down and settled down everything. Unfortunately, we were told it was closed at 4pm due to Fasting month. Guess what, we were there at the downhill ready to visit. Back to our hotel, suggested going to the beach nearby after dinner. IT WAS RAINING!!! Alright, 天意不可违. Ended up we bought some snacks and beers back to the hotel and chilled. (that's it for our day 1. // MEHHHHHHH!)
(waisan a.k.a the driver for once hahah)
(got to try this and it tasted not bad. only RM4.90 in Langkawi!)
We were a bit "late" for the breakfast buffet in the first morning. What I meant was like, hello... we were there at 9am something but the foods almost finished and I didn't see them refilling. FINE! I made myself woke up one hour earlier the next day. Let's don't be biased. The view from the rooftop was so beautiful. I wowed once stepped in the place. The land planted with grasses, wooden furniture that matches with light color pillows, and most importantly, guests are allowed to enjoy the sea view right in front of them while having the breakfast. With the music on... Awww! Isn't it a nice place to chill?

Appreciated that the weather was good. Dressed up and here we went to the Sky Bridge! Approximately 30 minutes from our hotel to the Oriental Village where we took the cable car. There were shops to buy souvenirs before we headed to the Sky Bridge exit.
(was hesitated to buy this home because I might keep it aside after I get bored of it)
(you can always send these postcards with your words to the love ones right after the purchase.)
the bridge was under construction :(((
山寨版 Nami Island? lol
Checked the entrance tickets then we decided to go for the basic package as the group and I are not very fancy on 6D illustration, car speeding, or others. But I would suggest on the Combo B to have some visits on the 3D Museum unless you have other activities to go on on the same day itself. Present your identity card when purchase entrance tickets to get special price for the local citizen.
(sorry for the unclear part due to sunlight reflection)
(yayyyy! here we go! **typical team outing photo, lol**)
SkyDome was the first station before we went up to the Sky Bridge. I had zero knowledge on this section before I walked into the room. It was launched in Malaysia by our former Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad in 2014. Offering an exceptional 360 degrees panoramic view to the audiences as well as offering 3D image projections covering the wide perspective while watching animation films. The entire program takes about 15 minutes. I wowed for the second time, hahah!
(wanted to take video but obviously, I failed -.-)
After the excitement, we continued to where we wanted to go so badly. I enjoyed a lot when I took a cable car. The feeling was just so amazing. The higher you are, the wider view you could see.
(哇,飘逸的头发)
There were photographers at different stations helped to snap a group photo and the photo will then be printed and insert in a keychain. It is your choice to buy it or not as the souvenir. They offer different prices as according to the stations, designs, and sizes.
(what is that awkward pose -.-)
Pick your favorite color, write down the message with a pen, stallkeeper will then carve it on the lock according to the words written. A lock worth RM30 which is more expensive than the one my mom uses to lock my house's gate.
A lot more to shop for souvenirs if you wish to get some for your loved ones.
(cable car, cable car, cable car everywhereeeeee)
(spotted this in the shop hahaha)
Next, we then went back to downhill for SkyRex. Visitors take their seats on a tram styled stimulator and are taken on 5 minutes fun-filled journey that assaults that senses-physical platform drops, dynamic motion, blast of air, water spray, vibrations, dramatic lighting, surround sound, and 3D film projected to the front and both sides of the tram. I remembered I screamed very loud that pretty sure the staffs outside could hear it, lol.
We ended here for the first half day trip. After a quick lunch back from waterfall we then headed to the beach nearby to our hotel. We got to experience banana boat with cheaper price like one round costed about RM65. That was so damn fun that I wanted to have few more rounds!!
(sorry that I need to post this, adam lol)
(poor kajun, you've missed the fun part. // idk why I posed like this /.\)
On the last day, we went to Dataran Lang for the signature eagle viewing. It's too bad that the place was under construction, again, that we couldn't have a proper picture. But we still made it, thank to kajun!
After lunch and bought souvenirs we then headed to airport. This trip was short but it's memorable I would say. “去哪里不重要,重要的是我们6个人都在。” Thanks for telling me this. You guys had proven it right. We aren't perfect but flaws make us complete. Once again, thanks for having me in your life.
Till we meet again, my PARTNERS in crime. // xx ❤
