REVIEW: Happ Cafe @ Tropicana Avenue
Happy New Year, peeps! Thought that I would blog something out of review topics for the very first post in 2017. I was thinking to write about my resolution or maybe some new-year-new-me sort of topics. Unfortunately, it just seems like a little bit late to do so. (wait, the lunar new year has yet to come. Perhaps I can still make it works 😏)
OK, back to the topic. Coffee lover please keep an eye on this post because today, I'll be recommending a flower cafe to you. Ever wondered how does it feel when you are surrounded by flowers while sipping a cup of coffee? The combination of flower scents and coffee aroma are surprisingly matchable. Don't believe? Let me show you some preview!
Look at the flower corner!
I got attracted by this blossom flower corner that made me pay a visit. The decoration mostly made from wooden types of furniture. There is a reading station where you can take one or two books to read while enjoying the meal. Are you a stationeries collector? Here it is you can get adorable postcards, stickers, painting materials and more. I was first thought those were displayed flowers but when I walked closer, those are real. There are water droplets on top of the flowers. Can see how much effort the service crews have put on to present us the beauty of nature. Their flowers are open for purchase if you happen to get one bouquet for the love ones.

Apparently, the cafe is made up of a white theme. I believe white color could bring out the distinguishing feature of flowers even better and everything goes fine and great with this color. It's spacious and the lightings are neither too bright nor dim. Overall, the environment is so good to chill and relax.
Wondering what was I looking? Apart from the flower corner as one of the main selling points, they serve nice foods and drinks too! I was here mainly to try out their signature Chamomile Honey Cake but unfortunately, it seemed like it was sold out.

Probably a cake with honey flavor. If you happen to pay a visit, try this out and don't forget to tell me how does it taste. I saw quite many good reviews tho. It cost RM16 for a slice.
Here are some snacks we've grabbed for light lunch.
toast + scrambled eggs + smoked salmon
I couldn't recall the name of my ordered foods but in terms of price and taste wise, I would say Happ Cafe is not barely selling their shop layout and decor. Though it may attract more customers, but their main selling point is still foods and beverages. Indeed nice & yummy-licious!👍 I love it since the very first time I attempted rose latte at Peek A Boo Cafe. Hmm, as compared with both, personally I preferred the previous cup. The one at Happ Cafe has a lighter taste of rose in their latte but the scent is there. I think not everybody likes strong flower scent in their coffee like how I do. Overall, their rose latte is worth recommending!
