REVIEW: Preto Açaí Balance From Alpro Plus Pharmacy
Ever since I started to work, there is no way that I can have my fruits intake balanced. I'm a lazy person who doesn't always prepare fruit platter after meals until this supplement was introduced. I like sour taste kind of fruits, especially berries, which this Preto Açaí (pronounced as ah-sigh-ee) Balance satisfies my tastebud at the same time, assuring myself consume sufficient fruits nutrients.
Açaí is a South American palm tree producing small edible blackish-purple berries. You may think it looks exactly the same as blueberries but in fact, both give us similar nutrients. People consider açaí berry to be "super-food" simply because it has a rich source of fiber, protein, antioxidants, and other nutrients such as Omega 6 and Omega 9. After did some googling works, there are more health benefits that açaí berry could provide. It is not only high in antioxidants but also in anthocyanins which protect against heart disease and diabetes. The high amount of fiber present in açaí berries helps promote digestion and prevent constipation as well. Not to mention, the greatest benefits of this berry is their ability to boost our immune system.

Back to the product, Preto Açaí Balance is made of premium açaí berry from Amazon rainforest of Brazil. This supplement contains main active ingredients include Açaí powder 57.14% (Açaí pulp & skin 99.9%, citric acid 0.1%), dextrin, xylitol, dextrose, Vitamin C, magnesium, and Vitamin D. It is your preference if you would want to consume directly or mix it with yogurt, once in a day. To me, I like consuming every morning right after my breakfast. I do hope in one day, I have the urge to make myself an açaí berry bowl like this...

What a way to kick starts your day with this nutritious yet refreshing breakfast! 😋 It tastes exactly like berries but in powder formed. I will suggest you pair with yogurt when consuming because it may a little bit powdery to some of you if consume directly unless you don't mind. Afterall, it melts faster than my first thought when swallow. The texture is similar to seasoning powder.
